Job summary

Yellosa in Johannesburg is seeking a senior Key Account Manager to manage a portfolio of international HR clients across Africa.

You will be the primary HR contact, advise on onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, contracts and compliance, including work permits and expatriate administration. This is a fully remote, client‑facing role requiring English and French.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in HR, Employee Relations, HR Operations or Account Management.
• Knowledge of employment practices and HR administration.
• Experience with employee relations and disciplinary procedures.
• Exposure to expatriate management, work permits or immigration is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of international clients across Africa.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for clients.
• Advise on onboarding and offboarding and lifecycle processes.
• Support employee relations, grievances and disciplinary procedures.
• Coordinate contracts, documentation and compliance.
• Handle work permits, visas, and expatriate administration.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure service delivery.
• Provide guidance on local employment practices and HR compliance.
• Build and maintain client relationships and resolve queries promptly.
