Key Responsibilities
Anthesis Group are looking for a Global Head of Reward to manage the global reward offering, reporting to the Global Head of People and being supported by a Compensation Analyst.
The role is charged with the full remit of strategic reward design and operational delivery for :
Executive / Country Benchmarking
Administration of the various equity awards
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
The successful candidate will require the gravitas and experience to influence at the senior executive level of an international organisation. They will have a collaborative and result-oriented approach looking to develop the Reward knowledge and understanding of the broader HR function and the business. They will have had significant exposure to a variety of reward policies and processes in order to provide an informed and credible service to the organisation. This could have been earned in the Consultancy environment or in-house within similarly structured international and acquisitive environments. It is also essential that the candidate is prepared to assist with operational needs as required.

Anthesis Group has a significant number of global locations and is headquartered in London. The Global People and Development Team are based in a variety of countries and this role is remote, based in Spain or South Africa, with the possibility of very occasional travel to London.
