Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law; advanced degree a plus.
• 12–15 years of experience in fund structuring, legal compliance, or VC/PE.
• Experience in Cross Border Investment structures is critical.
• Knowledge of fund formation processes, legal documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of tax considerations related to fund structures.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in legal and financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax planning strategies and align with firm objectives.
• Form and structure new investment funds considering legal, tax, and regulatory needs.
• Ensure fund structures comply with relevant laws and regulations; work with counsel.
• Prepare and review fund formation documents and subscription materials.
• Collaborate with investment and finance teams to support fundraising and due diligence.
• Provide clear explanations of fund structures to investors and support risk assessments.
