You will implement SOPs, manage budgets and vendor contracts, and monitor remote performance while maintaining safety and compliance across regions. Strong PM and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of catering operations, event logistics, or related role.
• Proven experience coordinating with remote teams, vendors, and clients across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all operational aspects of catering for international events, from planning to delivery.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for consistent quality.
