Job Summary: ENGIE South Africa is seeking a GET Implementation Project Leader to oversee the transformation of Finance and Procurement processes through ERP systems standardization.

GET stands for Global Enterprise Transformation, a key project to standardize ERP systems globally.

This role involves leading the implementation of S4Hana, identifying and addressing process gaps, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the implementation lifecycle of S4Hana and related systems in South Africa.
  2. Identify gaps in processes and systems, and recommend solutions.
  3. Lead testing and quality assurance phases.
  4. Support change management initiatives and organizational adjustments.
  5. Engage with stakeholders and report on project progress, risks, and gaps.
  6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth integration and implementation.
  7. Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  8. Manage financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  9. Support organizational structure design and change management within the finance department.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, ERP implementation, or finance/procurement process optimization.
  • Knowledge of SAP and S4Hana is highly advantageous.
  • Expertise in finance and procurement processes is critical.
  • Project management certification is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage project risks.

Contract Details: Fixed-term contract lasting 18-24 months, with potential opportunities for international projects based on performance. Punctual travel within South Africa, and possibly to Dubai or Paris, may be required.
