Job description

Role Overview

Performance-driven and strategic Global Digital Marketing Lead to take ownership of our digital marketing strategy and execution across global markets. This role is critical in driving awareness, engagement, and demand through digital channels—including paid media, SEO, web, and social platforms. The ideal candidate has deep experience in B2B digital marketing, a data-first mindset, and a proven ability to deliver measurable growth across regions.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Define and execute the global digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals and pipeline targets.
  • Manage the global digital calendar across SEO, SEM, paid social, display, retargeting, and website optimization.
  • Collaborate with content, campaign managers, product marketing, and regional teams to ensure alignment and impact.

Performance Marketing

  • Own paid media programs across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic networks.
  • Oversee audience segmentation, ad copy, creative testing, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
  • Partner with agencies and digital vendors to scale paid acquisition globally.

Website & SEO

  • Lead website strategy and performance, including UX improvements, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and analytics.
  • Own global SEO strategy—on-page, off-page, and technical SEO—to increase organic visibility and inbound traffic.
  • Manage content tagging, site architecture, and landing page optimization to improve funnel conversion.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Develop dashboards and track KPIs across digital campaigns (traffic, CTR, CPL, CAC, ROI).
  • Run A/B tests across landing pages, ads, and email sequences to continuously improve performance.
  • Provide insights and regular reporting to marketing leadership, with clear recommendations.

Team & Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with global marketing, product, sales, and operations teams to align digital efforts.
  • Lead or mentor a small team of digital specialists or external partners/agencies.
  • Ensure brand consistency and localization best practices across all digital assets and campaigns.
