Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required; evidence of career progression in consulting/locused life sciences or healthcare
• 7-8 years professional experience in consulting, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
• Demonstrated experience in managing a team, recruiting, mentoring/coaching and retaining talent

Responsibilities

• Lead advisory delivery teams across multiple projects; ensure client satisfaction and high-quality outputs
• Manage HR/Workday activities related to line management, recruitment and performance reviews
• Mentor and coach team members; support career development and talent planning
• Collaborate with global/regional leadership to define future skill sets for Advisory teams
• Drive delivery excellence, tooling adoption, and a culture of accountability and continuous learning
