Job summary

Reverside Johannesburg is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Programme Manager to lead planning, governance, and delivery of strategic cyber initiatives across markets. You will oversee programme execution, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and performance reporting to ensure successful delivery of the Group Cyber Improvement Programme.

The role requires 8+ years in programme management with a focus on cyber security, strong leadership, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, cyber security or related field.
• 8+ years' programme management experience in cyber security or IT.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of strategic cyber security programmes and initiatives.
• Establish governance, reporting and assurance frameworks.
• Manage roadmaps, risks, dependencies and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and market stakeholders.
• Provide executive reporting and governance updates.
• Track KPIs, benefits realisation and strategic outcomes.
• Support budgeting, resource planning and investment tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement and programme management best practices.
