Job summary

Reverside is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Programme Manager to lead planning, governance, and delivery of strategic cyber initiatives across markets. You will oversee execution, governance, risk, and performance reporting to ensure success of the Group Cyber Improvement Programme.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage roadmaps, budgets, and milestones while providing executive reporting and governance updates to stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field.
• 8+ years' Programme Management experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification (Advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of strategic cyber security programmes and initiatives.
• Establish programme governance, reporting, and assurance frameworks.
• Manage programme roadmaps, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and market stakeholders.
• Provide executive reporting and governance updates.
• Track programme KPIs, benefits realisation, and strategic outcomes.
• Support budgeting, resource planning, and investment tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement and programme management best practices. Coordinate critical cyber initiatives, incidents, and operational escalations.
