Qualifications

• 10+ years general/operational management experience in a senior role.
• At least 7yrs payment/transaction SWIFT experience at a senior level.
• Experience leading and managing a team and/or organisational unit.
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Accounting - Financial Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational insight and input to the strategy for electronic payment operations, underpining and delivering the Payments strategy.
• Lead and manage the electronic payment operations function, accountable for optimising departmental performance through business planning, budgets, goals and metrics, people, standards, principles and processes.
