Job summary

Hire Resolve is hiring a Cloud and Identity Specialist to build, secure, and maintain cloud and identity platforms across a global enterprise. You will configure Azure services, manage hybrid identity (AD + Entra ID), and support M365 environments with a focus on security and reliability.

The role requires 3–5 years’ hands-on Microsoft cloud experience, scripting skills, and familiarity with CI/CD workflows.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud and identity technologies.
• Solid working knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Experience supporting Exchange Online, on-premises Exchange, and mail routing.
• Familiarity with DNS, SSL certificate management, and hybrid identity scenarios.
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell or Python preferred).
• Comfortable supporting CI/CD workflows.
• Awareness of enterprise backup, monitoring, and DR strategies.
• Hands-on participation in M365 or Active Directory migrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Azure Infrastructure: Configure, deploy, and manage Azure services (VMs, App Services, SQL, Storage, Key Vaults, Front Door, API Management).
• Identity & Access Management: Support hybrid identity infra (AD + Entra ID), including user/group management, synchronization, MFA, and RBAC.
• Microsoft 365 & Collaboration: Configure and support Exchange Online, on-prem Exchange, and hybrid setups; Tier 2/3 support for M365 services.
• Operations & Security: Maintain DNS entries, manage PKI and SSL certificates, monitor identity and cloud platforms, respond to incidents.
• Disaster recovery & migrations: Assist in DR testing, backup validation, and secure integration of acquired systems.
