Job summary

Schletter GmbH in Johannesburg seeks a Senior Sales & Marketing Leader to develop and execute the rooftop solar mounting strategy for South Africa, manage key accounts including wholesalers, distributors and EPCs, and expand multi-channel B2B sales.

You will lead sales reps and collaboration with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Product Development, travel frequently, and build pricing strategies and proposals for customer projects while nurturing ongoing relationships.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Business/Commerce (BCom, MBA, or PGDipBMA).
Strong technical sales experience in multi-channel B2B sales.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans; additional languages helpful.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategy for SA rooftop mounting segment.
Manage key customers including wholesalers, distributors and EPCs.
Lead sales team and expand into new international markets.
Prepare sales forecasts and management presentations.
Maintain CRM data, market intelligence, and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Development.
Travel frequently for business.
