Job summary

OfferZen represents a global financial services organisation in Cape Town seeking an experienced Application Developer to support development and maintenance of business-critical applications used across international markets. You will own the full development lifecycle—from design and deployment to maintenance—collaborating with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders across time zones.

Strong C# / .NET, SQL Server, and Agile experience are essential, with familiarity in Azure

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software development.
Strong SQL Server experience with complex TSQl, views, and stored procedures.
Strong C# and .NET experience.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps / MS DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Willingness to collaborate across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain applications per requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
Support and enhance business-critical accounting and claims systems.
Own the full development lifecycle: design development deployment maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Engage directly with business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Contribute to ongoing application improvements and technical enhancements.
