About the Role

A leading international beauty-tech scale-up is expanding its team in Cape Town and is looking for a German-speaking Recruiter / Resourcer to help grow its dynamic operations across Europe. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, internal systems, and referrals.
  2. Screen CVs and conduct pre-screening calls in German and English.
  3. Manage interview scheduling, candidate feedback, and offer processes.
  4. Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified talent for various business units.
  5. Contribute to employer branding efforts in the DACH region.
  6. Maintain data accuracy across tools like Salesforce, Google Sheets, and applicant tracking systems.
  7. Collaborate with hiring teams via Slack and attend weekly planning meetings.
  8. Draft and publish job adverts to attract top-tier candidates.
  9. Support continuous improvements to the recruitment process and candidate experience.

Skills & Experience Required:

  1. Fluent in German (Home Language) and English written and verbal.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or resourcing.
  3. Strong knowledge of the DACH recruitment landscape is a major plus.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in Salesforce, Slack, MS Office, and Google Docs.
  6. Highly organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Bonus: a passion for brand storytelling and employer marketing.
