Job summary

The Global Talent Co. invites a Social Media Marketing & Graphics Specialist to lead our German market social media presence. You will blend strategy with hands-on execution, managing content calendars, planning posts, and creating engaging graphics and videos.

We seek 2-5 years in social media, experience with Meta and YouTube, and basic-to-medium editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe). This full-time role offers remote work from South Africa and CET hours.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube
• Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content aligned with brand goals
• Edit images and videos (basic to medium level) for use across social channels
• Monitor performance, engagement, and growth, and adjust strategies accordingly
• Work independently with high ownership over content calendars, execution, and optimization
• Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all social media assets
• Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and best practices in the German market
