Job summary

Scytale is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our global sales team. You will identify opportunities, engage with potential clients, and build relationships to advance our Compliance-as-a-Service platform for SaaS companies worldwide.

Fluency in German and strong communication skills are essential. Responsibilities include prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, scheduling meetings, and collaborating with Account Executives to convert leads into deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, International Relations, Law, or related field
• Fluent German; strong communication skills
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential clients to build a strong pipeline
• Engage with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to qualify leads
• Analyze and strategize outreach to maximize engagement
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for potential clients
• Manage and expand your personal pipeline to hit targets
• Collaborate with Account Executives to transition leads into deals
• Track activities and report progress to management
