Contract: Permanent | Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00 (SA time)

About the Role:

We're seeking ambitious, German-speaking Sales Development Representatives to join an international sales team that's scaling rapidly. If you're fluent in German (C1/C2) and eager to launch or grow your career, this is your opportunity.

We offer multiple entry points depending on your experience, from Trainee to Team Lead. You will work remotely from South Africa, engaging with clients across German-speaking countries and representing exciting global brands.

This role is a stepping stone to a thriving international sales career.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Drive outbound sales campaigns into German-speaking markets
2. Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and digital platforms
3. Qualify prospects and set high-quality appointments
4. Meet performance goals with full training and support
5. Use CRM tools to track your pipeline and activities

We're Hiring Across These Levels:

• Trainee SDR: No sales experience needed. Must have a German school-leaving certificate or equivalent proof of fluency (C1/C2).
• Junior SDR: Approximately 1 year in sales, customer service, or lead generation. Strong communication skills in German.
• Mid-Level SDR: Approximately 2 years of outbound or B2B sales experience. Confident using digital sales tools.
• Senior SDR: 3+ years in sales with a proven track record. Mentoring mindset and self-starter attitude.
• SDR Team Lead / Manager: 4+ years in sales, with at least 1 year in team leadership. Able to lead from the front and coach others.

What You Need to Apply:

• Native or near-native German fluency (C1/C2) in spoken and written form
• Based in South Africa with reliable internet (minimum 20 Mbps)
• Tech-savvy and motivated to succeed in a remote setup
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and passion for growth
