About the RoleOur client is seeking a proactive and dedicated German-speaking Sales Development Representative. This role involves generating and qualifying leads, engaging with C-suite executives, and setting appointments for account executives. Success in this position requires resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to achieving targets.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 50–60 quality calls daily to prospective clients.
  • Generate and qualify leads, ensuring they meet the required criteria.
  • Schedule a minimum of four qualified appointments per week.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
  • Proven experience in sales or telemarketing.
  • Comfortable engaging with high-level executives.
  • Ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects.
  • Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and cloud-based software.
