Black Pen Recruitment’s client seeks a commercially driven Sales Development Representative to build high-quality sales pipelines in a remote Johannesburg setting. You will prioritise target accounts, engage decision-makers via outbound outreach, and qualify prospects to ensure value-laden meetings.

The role is full-time/permanent with remote work options and attractive bonuses. You will collaborate with the sales team, monitor markets, and report on activities to support growth.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in Sales Development, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• German fluency at C1 or higher.
• Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• CRM and sales automation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation and qualification: Identifying and developing potential customers through targeted prospecting and lead qualification.
• Customer acquisition: Executing outbound campaigns (phone, email, social media) to increase brand awareness and generate sales opportunities.
• Needs analysis: Conducting detailed needs analyses to understand the requirements of potential customers and offer tailored solutions.
• Collaboration with the sales team: Working closely with Account Executives to ensure leads are followed up and developed into closes.
• CRM management: Maintaining accurate data in the CRM system.
• Market monitoring: Observing market trends and competitors to adapt sales strategies.
• Reporting and analysis: Preparing reports on sales activities and analyzing performance to identify improvements.
