Role Overview
Join our client’s growing IT support team as a German Speaking IT Support Specialist, where you’ll provide first and second-line remote support to users across German-speaking regions. Your role will involve resolving technical issues, maintaining service quality, and ensuring an excellent support experience.

Location: South Africa
Workplace: Remote
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00
Public Holidays: Off on German public holidays; required to work on South African public holidays
