German-Speaking Customer Service Agents

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented German-Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our German-speaking customers.

You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a professional and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in German.
2. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right methods and tools.
3. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
4. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.
6. Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately in the CRM system.
7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or manager.
8. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
9. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
2. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
