German-speaking Call Centre Employee Sales

Do you have a passion for solving problems and making customers happy? Are you fluent in German? We want YOU to join our dynamic team!

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Resolving consumer complaints with precision and empathy
  • Providing exceptional inbound and outbound telephonic support, including chat and back-office services
  • Responding promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries, both written and verbal
  • Offering customer support for travel-related queries (bonus points if you have knowledge of the airline industry!)
  • Managing complaints and resolving them with integrity, accuracy, and great attention to detail
  • Keeping up communication with the client and suppliers to ensure the best outcomes for customers

What We Need From You :

Fluent in German (written and spoken)

  • 1+ years’ experience in the travel, tourism, or customer service industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google platforms
  • Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and German)
  • Problem-solver with the ability to de-escalate complaints professionally
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs
  • Culturally aware and able to maintain composure in difficult situations
  • Salary : Attractive Package!!! Above market-related salary + additional benefits
  • Transport Provided : Late shifts are covered with transport home after 6 pm
  • Shifts :
  • Early Shift : 10 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM
  • Office Location : Long Street, Cape Town
