Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in affiliate marketing.
• Direct experience managing affiliate partner and network relationships.
• Working knowledge of commission models (CPA, CPS, CPC, CPL) and affiliate performance metrics.
• Track record pricing, negotiating and closing affiliate deals independently.
• Native or fluent German, plus good English.
• Based in GMT+0 to GMT+4 and able to work during DACH business hours.
• Self-driven and organized, able to manage a busy inbox and pipeline in a remote setup.

• Run the partnership inbox and respond quickly to offers, commissions, tracking questions, and traffic or fraud queries.
• Build and maintain a media kit, then sell and book website placements and weekly newsletter slots.
• Negotiate better terms with existing partners, including higher CPA or CPS rates, exclusive codes and bonus commissions.
• Bring in new shops, brands and fintechs through affiliate networks and direct deals.
• Track partner performance across clicks, conversion, EPC, basket size, commission and rejection rates, and flag underperformers.
• Report weekly on placement revenue, pipeline, top and bottom partners, and open issues.
• Use AI tools to manage inbox volume and speed up media kits and reporting.

You'll be joining a fast-growing European cashback and savings platform that helps consumers save money when they shop online, through its website, weekly newsletter and browser extension. The company works with hundreds of shops, brands and fintechs, mostly across the DACH region, through major affiliate networks as well as direct partnerships. With a large and engaged weekly newsletter audience, partner revenue is central to how the business grows.

The Role

As a German-Speaking Affiliate Manager, you will own the company's affiliate partner and network relationships, sell paid placements on the website and newsletter, and bring in new partners that pay well for high-quality traffic. This is a hands-on affiliate role for someone who already knows the field. You'll price and negotiate deals yourself and escape only the big decisions.

The client is looking for someone with proven affiliate marketing experience who can hit the ground running with minimal training. This is not an entry point into affiliate marketing or a career-change role. You'll be speaking with German-speaking partners every day, on calls and in writing, and working during DACH business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the partnership inbox and respond quickly to partners and networks on offer requests, commission and tracking questions, and traffic or fraud queries
• Build and maintain a media kit, then sell and book website placements and weekly newsletter slots
• Negotiate better terms with existing partners, including higher CPA or CPS rates, exclusive codes and bonus commissions, especially ahead of Black Friday and Q4
• Bring in new shops, brands and fintechs through affiliate networks and direct deals, focusing on high-basket and high-commission verticals
• Track partner performance across clicks, conversion, EPC, basket size, commission and rejection rates, and flag underperformers
• Report weekly on placement revenue, pipeline, top and bottom partners, and open issues
• Use AI tools to manage inbox volume and speed up media kits and reporting

Ideal Candidate

• Proven, hands-on experience in affiliate marketing is a must, from the publisher, network or advertiser side
• Direct experience managing affiliate partner and network relationships, including day-to-day communication on offers, tracking and commissions
• Working knowledge of commission models (CPA, CPS, CPC, CPL) and affiliate performance metrics such as EPC, conversion and rejection rates, with no training needed on the fundamentals
• A track record of pricing, negotiating and closing affiliate deals or paid placements independently
• Native or fully fluent German, as most partners and networks are in the DACH region, plus good English
• Based in GMT+0 to GMT+4 and comfortable working during DACH business hours
• Ready to take ownership from day one and deliver results without hand-holding
• Self-driven and organized, able to manage a busy inbox and pipeline independently in a remote setup

• Experience at a cashback, coupon, deal or comparison site, or at an affiliate network such as Awin, Adcell, CJ or financeAds
• Experience in e-commerce or fintech affiliate programmes
• Awareness of the reputational sensitivity around cashback and coupon browser extensions
