Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geological Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's or Ph.D. is preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in geothermal engineering, oil & gas subsurface operations, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of reservoir engineering principles applied to geothermal systems.
• Experience with geothermal well design, drilling, and completion.

• Evaluate geothermal resource potential through geological and geophysical data analysis.
• Design and supervise the drilling of geothermal wells.
• Develop and manage geothermal reservoir models and production strategies.
