Job summary

Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Production Operator to execute daily targets in the Production Department and ensure product integrity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires commitment to high housekeeping standards and adherence to safety and SOPs.

You will work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and collaborate with Supervisors to maintain efficiency and quality across bakery, milling, confectionery and related lines.

Qualifications

• Must have Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Experience in production environment preferred.
• Good communication with Supervisors and Management.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime.

Job Purpose

Experience and Qualifications

To perform effectively in this role, the following minimum qualifications and work experience are required:

• Grade 12 or Equivalent


• Related Production experience advantageous

• 2-3 years relevant experience


• Proven track record of effective communication with Supervisors and Management


• Housekeeping, hygiene and safety

Working Conditions
