Job summary

Kabstrading Co in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal seeks a dependable General Warehouse Helper to support receiving, storage, picking and dispatch activities in our busy facility.

You will help check quantities, labels and expiry dates, maintain clean and organized spaces, and follow FIFO and hygiene standards to handle a range of foods and consumer goods in a safe, efficient warehouse environment. This role is on site and requires teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, checking, moving, and organising stock.
• Load and offload products from delivery vehicles and within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, sort, and prepare products for dispatch when required.
• Replenish stock and assist with stock rotation according to company procedures.
• Check product quantities, packaging, labels, and expiry dates where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse, loading areas, and delivery vehicle.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory checks when required.
• Handle food, beverages, household products, and other consumer goods according to company procedures.
• Follow the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle where applicable.
• Ensure that perishable products are handled and stored according to required temperature and hygiene standards.
