Job description

The responsible will service especially VIP clients for the Group.

In search of a typical Key Accounts Manager with at least 5 years experience in the medical scheme / managed care industry based in Cape Town, ideally fluent in English and Afrikaans.

Responsibilities
  • Execute the defined strategy to achieve the commercial objectives for Cape-based accounts.
  • Visit key stakeholders and DMUs: organize meetings and role-related activities.
  • Network to improve accessibility and maintain close relationships with customers.
  • Analyze key accounts, identify customer challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a key account plan.
  • Divide tasks and responsibilities into strategic planning and account development (e.g., implementing a brand strategy and maintaining a cross-functional approach to accounts) and operational responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and networking skills, understanding the most effective approach to achieve account objectives and positively influence the business.
