Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and strategic direction across Car Finance, Loans, and Collections
• Oversee loan disbursement, performance management, and collections strategies
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Mentor and lead department teams for optimal performance
• Drive growth while minimizing financial risk and enhancing service delivery

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Age: Between 30 and 45 years
• Diploma in Business Management or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in the financial sector, with a background in management or supervision
• Strong leadership, compliance, and operational skills

Remuneration Package:

• Basic Salary: Probation R11 000 (3 Months) Permanent R15,000 per month
• Commission: 0.1% of total loan value disbursed
• Company Vehicle: Fully allocated for business and limited personal use
