Duties & Responsibilities

The GM will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the South African business, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. This role will report directly to the Global Exco team and oversee HR, Sales, Operations, and Finance functions, driving performance and ensuring the company meets its targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the South African operations.

• Develop and implement strategies to meet business goals across HR, Sales, Operations, and Finance.

• Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership and team development.

• Collaborate with the global leadership team to align local operations with international objectives.
