Job summary

Fempower Personnel is seeking an experienced General Manager: Shared Services to oversee a multi-functional operation covering Finance, HR, Payroll, Travel Management, and Master Data Management. This N-1 executive role will report to the Group CFO and service approximately 43,000 employees and 5,000 active vendors.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in managing shared services, a relevant degree, and a record of success in driving technology transformation and managing teams effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience in shared services at a management level.
• Experience in managing a large-scale, multi-functional shared services operation.
• Postgraduate qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service delivery across Finance, HR, Payroll, Travel, and Master Data Management.
• Negotiate and govern Service Level Agreements (SLA) with internal business units.
• Drive digitalisation and AI adoption for improved efficiency.
