The Role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially astute General Manager to take ownership of operations, growth, and team leadership. This is not an office manager role, it is a senior leadership position, responsible for ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, marketing, and finance while driving the overall performance of the business hubs.

The successful candidate will:

  • Oversee a team of ±15, ensuring clear communication and operational flow across functions.
  • Manage occupancy levels across sites, driving profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Interpret financials with ease — including balance sheets, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism when engaging clients — from global corporates to fast-growing entrepreneurs.
  • Travel nationally (±20%) with future opportunities to support expansion across Africa.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Management, Accounting, or Finance; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and commercially driven — ideally with side ventures or a proven track record of “hustle.”
  • A natural leader: confident, people-savvy, and able to balance firmness with diplomacy.
  • Well-presented and client-facing, comfortable engaging with senior executives.
