Responsibilities:

• Oversee and take responsibility for sales, operations, and administration.
• Drive service delivery improvements to meet route optimization and quality KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO guidelines.
• Manage branch profitability and meet targets.
• Facilitate equity, health, and safety committee meetings, ensuring submission of meeting minutes.
• Develop and train staff members.
• Implement HR controls to drive a motivated and skilled workforce.
• Foster professional relationships with customers to grow the business.
• Prepare budgets and strategize for sustainable growth.
• Manage OPEX efficiently.

Requirements:

• Reside in Potchefstroom or be willing to relocate.
• Experience in the mining sector is preferred.
