Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage national operations in alignment with strategic goals and compliance standards.

• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure service excellence.
• Drive operational efficiency across fleet management, vehicle delivery, maintenance, and risk protocols.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement policies to minimize risk and enhance performance.

Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Bachelor’s degree in operations, Business Management, or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration (preferred)

Experience:

• 8–10 years in Transport and fleet management, (first preference will be given to candidates from Fleet Industry)
• 10+ years in senior management, leading large teams and complex operations
• Proven track record in strategic planning, operational execution, and stakeholder engagement
