A wellestablished signage company is looking for a strategic handson General Manager to lead highlevel daily operations and guide the general strategy to improve overall business functions. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong technical insight production experience and leadership capabilities across multiple departments.

We are seeking a selfmotivated dynamic leader with a high degree of professional integrity and a proven track record in managing people processes and performance. You should be confident in decisionmaking passionate about driving business improvement and able to work across all departments with influence and foresight. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills be futurefocused and bring a balanced approach to strategy structure and people management.

Minimum Requirements :

Grade 12 or equivalent

10 years experience in production planning financial management and technical understanding of design

PC literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Solid understanding of technical drawings machining tooling and material specifications

Prior experience in the signage industry (Preferred)

Proven experience in budgeting and financial monitoring

Strong project management communication and leadership skills

Duties and Responsibilities :

Lead daytoday operations and oversee performance across all departments.

Create and implement strategies that support business growth.

Manage recruitment hiring and training processes.

Ensure all departments deliver highquality services and products.

Work closely with managers and senior staff to drive efficiency and performance.

Improve internal processes for enhanced productivity.

Oversee largescale projects and interpret performance data.

Manage budgets and monitor the organizations financial health.

Identify operational issues and provide actionable solutions.

Set and manage key performance goals for staff and teams.

Prepare planning schedules and establish priorities aligned with company strategy.
