Consistent reiteration of company policies and procedures.
Management of restaurant facilities onsite - including but not limited to stock taking, customer service training, menu changes, etc.
Management of various retail facilities onsite.
Management of all the systems used to track daily activities and stock.
Full report back of the financial performance of the business on a monthly basis.
Optimisation of the workspace and workflow.
