General Manager Couple

New opportunity for a nature loving General Management couple to join this branded hotel group at one of their award-winning properties based in the Wild Coast, South Africa.

As the General Management couple, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations of the property. This is a hands-on, live-in role suited to a couple with proven hospitality management experience & a genuine love for people, nature & guest experience.

Together, you will bring a strong balance of operational, administrative & people-management skills. While responsibilities will be shared, we envision complementary strengths across : HK, Front Office & Guest relations, Food & Beverage operations, Financial management, Maintenance Coordination, Property Management, Team leadership & basic HR.

Requirements :

Previous General management experience in ideally a resort style environment

Matric or equivalent + Post graduate qualification advantageous

Comfortable living in a remote location & adaptable to a dynamic environment

A secondary language skill such as Dutch, German or Xhosa advantageous.
