Salary: R1,440,000 - R1,800,000 per annum

We're seeking an operational, entrepreneurial, and commercially minded General Manager interested in joining an established player in the household service sector, to be based in Tshwane, Gauteng. The company has a proud history, and they need an experienced and commercially astute individual that is strong on service ethos, and business performance.

• Ensure company profitability, and strong balance sheet.
• Broadly oversee main departments - Finance; Sales and Marketing; Technical (Service and Repairs); Operations.
• Provide organizational strategic direction.
• Drive customer service ethos within a repairs and service focused business.
• Grow customer base; and potential service offering.
• Minimum University Degree with MBA; CA(SA); CGMA or Honours advantageous
• Minimum 10 years commercial experience, in a service based organization.
• Commercial; entrepreneurial and operational in mindset. You will be involved in all areas of the business.
• Hands on, with extremely strong leadership and communication skills.
• R1,440,000 - R1,800,000 per annum very dependent on experience and qualifications
