1. Grade 12
2. Relevant Tertiary qualifications
3. 5-10 years as a General Manager in a service-related industry
4. Fully computer literate

About the Role:

• Oversee and take responsibility for sales, operations, and administration
• Improve service delivery to achieve operational requirements in respect of route optimisation & KPI as well as Quality KPI
• Ensure compliance to ISO
• Ensure that branch and regional targets are met
• Manage profitability of the branch
• Ensure that equity, health, and safety committees meet as prescribed and submit minutes of the meetings
• Train and develop staff while growing the business through additional and existing customers
• Build professional relationships with customers
• Manage subordinates
• Exhibit excellent communication skills
• Demonstrate an excellent command of English
• Show excellent client-facing ability
• Exhibit leadership & motivation qualities
• Possess sales & presentation skills
• Demonstrate good negotiation skills
• Have a proven sales leadership background
• Possess good IR / HR ability
