• Relevant Tertiary qualifications
• 5-10 years as a General Manager in a service-related industry

• Oversee and take responsibility for sales, operations, and administration
• Improve service delivery to meet operational requirements regarding route optimisation, KPI, and Quality KPI
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards
• Meet branch and regional targets
• Manage branch profitability
• Ensure compliance of equity, health, and safety committees, including submission of meeting minutes
