Job description

Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for services within the Branch.
• Asset Management.
• Customer visits, liaison, and problem solving.
• Vehicle maintenance, servicing, and checklist management.
• Supervision of loading and unloading stock from cages.
• Management oversight and involvement in health & safety procedures in conjunction with the health & safety representative.
• Adherence to and achievement of key performance indicators related to handheld device usage, timely service delivery, and service sequencing.
• Manage installations, maintenance tickets, and withdrawals.
• Order and control of stock and warehouse.
• Stock management and control of contract consumables.
• Staff management and training.
• Distribution staff management.
• Attend meetings at customer sites as required.
• Manage and coordinate client safety files and safety documentation at client sites to ensure they are current. Manage employee medicals and inductions to maintain certifications and compliance, allowing uninterrupted work at these sites.
