SOMETHING TO HANG YOUR HAT ON

As a General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant’s Meatcraft. You will lead your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. From local store marketing to helping reach sales and profit goals, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that your restaurant is delivering top-quality meats.

To qualify for this best-brand-you-ever-worked-for job, you:

• Have a minimum of 1+ year in foodservice management; Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided)
• Should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Should have experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling
• Should be ready and willing to conduct interviews, hiring, and terminations
• Will be expected to run the store as if it were their own business, with an eye on the bottom line
