Job description

Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for services within the Branch.
• Asset Management.
• Customer visits, liaison, and problem solving.
• Vehicle maintenance, servicing, and checklists.
• Supervision of loading and unloading of stock from cages.
• Management oversight and involvement in health & safety procedures in conjunction with the health & safety representative.
• Adherence to and achievement of stipulated key performance indicators, including the use of handheld devices, timely service delivery, and proper sequencing of services.
• Manage installations, maintenance tickets, and withdrawals.
• Order and control of stock and warehouse.
• Stock management and control of contract consumables.
• Staff management and training.
• Distribution staff management.
• Attend meetings as required at customer sites.
• Manage and coordinate client safety files and safety documentation at client sites to ensure they are up-to-date. Manage employee medicals and inductions for specific sites to maintain current certifications, ensuring uninterrupted work.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as required.
• Location: Potchefstroom Area.
