Minimum requirements :
- University Degree, preferably with experience in Retirement Village or similar facility management
- Proven Financial Management experience
- Estate Agent experience advantageous
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets, staff, and multiple departments
