- Proven success in transforming teams, driving business growth, and delivering strategic impact.
- Strong experience in strategic brand positioning, demonstrated through tangible achievements.
- Deep understanding of financial management, sales leadership, and operational optimization.
- Experience in the BPO sector is an advantage.

Financial and Commercial Acumen :
- Oversee financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize profitability.
- Balance growth and cost management, ensuring compliance with financial controls.
- Use financial and operational insights to make strategic decisions that elevate business performance.
- Lead initiatives to explore new revenue streams and enhance financial sustainability.
Sales Leadership and Business Development :
- Inspire and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve growth, exceed revenue targets, and capture new markets.
