Job description

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Management, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 12-15 years of leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role within recruitment or similar service-driven industries.
  • Proven success in transforming teams, driving business growth, and delivering strategic impact.
  • Strong experience in strategic brand positioning, demonstrated through tangible achievements.
  • Deep understanding of financial management, sales leadership, and operational optimization.
  • Experience in the BPO sector is an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership

  • Craft and drive the strategic vision, aligning it with the organization's mission and growth aspirations.
  • Identify market opportunities and lead innovative approaches to capture and expand market share.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, translating strategy into practical, impactful initiatives.
  • Position the brand as a leader in the recruitment industry, leveraging market insights to maintain a competitive edge.

Financial and Commercial Acumen :

  • Oversee financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize profitability.
  • Balance growth and cost management, ensuring compliance with financial controls.
  • Use financial and operational insights to make strategic decisions that elevate business performance.
  • Lead initiatives to explore new revenue streams and enhance financial sustainability.

Sales Leadership and Business Development :

  • Inspire and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve growth, exceed revenue targets, and capture new markets.
  • Develop forward-thinking sales strategies that respond to market demands and client needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor at executive levels.
  • Leverage deep industry knowledge to identify and secure significant business opportunities.

People and Culture Leadership :

Working Hours : 08h00 to 17h00 (Monday to Friday), with overtime as required.
