You're not afraid to make hard decisions—and you make them fast and ethically.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business GrowthDrive store and online sales, with clear daily, weekly, and monthly targets.Source premium inventory and lead strategic acquisitions.Build partnerships with luxury stores, influencers, and high-net-worth clients.Lead our core service : collateral lending against luxury assets.Team & Operations LeadershipSupervise Store Manager, sales associates, interns, and logistics staff.Enforce KPIs, performance metrics, and sales discipline.Implement and oversee inventory, POS, valuation, and intake systems.Maintain a pristine luxury environment in-store, aligned with brand standards.Customer Experience & EthicsEnsure a premium client experience—from inquiry to sale or loan to aftercare.Resolve client issues with discretion, empathy, and business integrity.Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.What You Bring5–7 years in retail, including 3+ in sales or operations leadership.Experience in luxury resale or collateral lending is a strong advantage.Tertiary education in business, retail, or fashion management preferred.Own vehicle and valid driver's license an advantage or use company vehicle.Rewards, Performance & GrowthCompetitive base salary with performance-based commissions and bonuses.Potential for equity or profit-sharing for top performers.Reviews every 3 months tied to clear KPIs.Expected to work Saturdays and some Sundays.Performance ExpectationsMonthly sales : Minimum R, (adjusted quarterly)Walk-in conversion : 25%+Digital leads conversion : 15%-Day MilestonesMonth 1 : Store audit, sales plan, and team baseline establishedMonth 2 : Daily targets in place; systems live; improved conversionsMonth 3 : 20%+ growth from baseline; break-even or betterWe are bold, structured, and fast-moving.
