Are you a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager ready to lead an iconic property? We are looking for a results-driven professional to take the reins of our 260-room hotel, set along the breath-taking Indian Ocean coastline.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead & Inspire: Provide visionary leadership across all hotel departments, ensuring seamless operations and a culture of excellence.
2. Guest Experience: Maintain world-class service levels, exceeding guest expectations at every touchpoint.
3. Financial Success: Control budgets, manage costs, and drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability.
4. Operational Excellence: Ensure the highest standards in housekeeping, maintenance, front office, and food & beverage.
5. Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a team passionate about hospitality.
6. Strategic Planning: Implement innovative strategies to enhance the hotel’s market position.
7. Compliance & Standards: Uphold industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 6+ years of hotel management experience in a leadership role.
3. Exceptional people management skills – ability to inspire, train, and develop staff.
4. Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost control.
5. Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
6. Proficiency in Office Suite & Email applications.
7. Strategic problem-solver with excellent decision-making skills.
