General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager (Security) to oversee and drive our security operations.

This role requires a strategic leader who can manage complex operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain the highest levels of client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our security teams, ensuring that all aspects of service delivery meet our rigorous standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

Education & Qualifications :

1. Bachelors degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2. PSIRA Certification: The ideal candidate must have a valid PSIRA certificate (Grade A), demonstrating knowledge of the security industry's legal and operational requirements.

Experience :

1. A minimum of 10 years in security operations management, with a proven track record of leading large teams and managing complex security environments.
2. Proven track record in managing multi-site operations, focusing on client satisfaction and service delivery.
3. Strong experience in Risk Assessment and Site Survey processes.
4. Tactical and Control Room Experience: Experience in managing security control rooms and responding to tactical incidents is highly preferred.
5. Knowledge of operational protocols in a high-pressure environment will be advantageous.

Industry Knowledge :

1. Extensive understanding of Security Industry regulations, including operational and client requirements.
2. In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and industry best practices.
3. Safety & Compliance: Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Financial & Technical Skills :

1. Proven financial acumen: experience in budget management, cost projections, and financial reporting within security operations.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant management software/tools.

Additional Requirements: Valid Driver's License (Code 08) and a reliable vehicle.
