Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Studio Operations:
Oversee the daily operations, including staffing, training, and resource allocation to ensure smooth functioning and peak performance.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure all operations adhere to local and international gaming regulations, implementing risk management strategies to prevent fraud and other illicit activities
Quality Assurance & Performance:
Monitor the quality of live-streamed casino games, focusing on customer experience and operational efficiency, and working with the relevant teams to address issues and maintain standards
Team Management:
Recruit, lead, and retain a high-performing team, fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employee well-being
Process Improvement:
Continuously review and improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs, identifying areas for automation or system improvements
Financial Management:
Control budgets and implement cost-effective solutions while driving revenue growth
Strategic Planning:
Work with senior leaders to develop and execute local operational plans, aligning with overall company goals
Technical Oversight:
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure the optimal functioning of all studio-related technology
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including 3rd party suppliers
Industry Knowledge:
Extensive understanding of live casino operations, player experience, and industry trends
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with studio technology, including cameras, audio equipment, and live-streaming software will be an advantage
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to identify and address issues
Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, or related field; advanced qualifications such as MBA, PMP, or equivalent are advantageous.
Senior Leadership Experience: 5+ years in a senior management role within a relevant sector; iGaming industry experience is highly preferred.
