Job summary

Eastwood Estate is seeking a General Foreman/Senior Foreman to coordinate labour, subcontractors and materials on construction sites in the Western Cape. The role requires extensive on-site leadership to ensure projects are completed on time and to standard while enforcing health and safety regulations.

Applicants should have 15+ years of proven experience in commercial and residential construction, solid leadership skills, and reside in the Western Cape.

Qualifications

• 15+ years proven experience as a General Foreman/Senior Foreman.
• Minimum NQF4/5 TJEKA
• NQF6 advantageous
• Red Seal Certificate advantageous
• MBA advantageous
• Must reside in the Western Cape.
