General Foreman Site Manager - Construction Industry - R500K - R400K

RPO Recruitments client, a leading residential building contractor in Cape Town, is currently seeking to employ a General Foreman or Site Manager who can join their team.

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Building or similar.
• Minimum 5 years experience specializing in the general site management of upmarket residential building projects.
• Must be able to bring subcontractors on board, start a site from scratch, and put all the necessary systems and processes in place to complete the project successfully.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Benefits:

Salary: R400k - R500k CTC per annum negotiable.
